For this reason, our staff policy is focused on selecting and depending on people with key values such as effort, motivation and a passion for customer service.
Our staff is formed by 70 professionals distributed throughout our different DIY and hardware stores in Denia, Javea, Benissa, Calpe, Benitachell, Altea, Mazarron, Vergel or Alicante, who are completely dedicated to serving our customers.
To faithfully comply with our quality and customer-focused commitment, the bedrock of our Human Resources Policy is employee professionalization. This aims for stable occupation. We endeavour to create an environment of trust and superior service. Currently, 95% of our staff members have a permanent contract. As part of our commitment to the customer we must provide him with the most qualified staff who is dedicated to all service stages.
Internal promotion is one of the pillars of our employee policy. Most of the managers in our stores have been promoted from entry-level positions.
Continual training on new products and techniques in the market, as well as strengthening our commitment to quality service, demonstrate that we are very concerned about training as a way to foster growth.
